White Brothers state of the art milling facility is equipped with 4 Weinig Moulders, each operated by a skilled technician and a quality control supervisor.
After the millwork has passed through the quality control process, it is then carefully bundled, tallied and labeled. Our mill produces approximately 20,000 lineal feet of product a day. This would include stock and custom mouldings, custom flooring and a wide variety of dimensional lumber sizes. With our Profile Knife Grinder we can make or match virtually any pattern. We currently have over 2000 knives in inventory. If you don’t see a pattern in our catalog, we can make it for you.

With our new PRIME-LINE we now have the capability of priming larger jobs. Our customers have been so excited about this service as it saves them time and money. The moulding goes into the PRIME-LINE, it is sprayed with a high quality water based prime, all excess primer is then suctioned off. Then the moulding passes through a drying chamber. The primed moulding is now completely dry and ready to package for shipping.
